A ticket tracker that does what your team needs, and nothing more.
LeanTrack is a small, self-hosted ticket tracker. Projects, groups, tickets and sub-tickets — in plain words, without the endless configuration and without the jargon.
Every ticket has a label, a description and a resolution, a status, a priority, one person it's assigned to, tags, attachments and comments. Every change is kept in its history, and nothing is ever thrown away: deleted tickets can be brought back with one click.
It's plain PHP with MySQL or MariaDB. No framework, no build step and no outside services: upload it to your own server, open it in the browser, and your team can start working.
Plain words, not jargon
A Project holds Groups and Tickets, and a ticket can have Sub-tickets. No Epics, no Stories, no Sprints — words that say what they are.
Everything a team needs
Five statuses, three priorities, keys like WEB-42,
rich-text descriptions, tags, attachments, comments, search and
filters on every field. Status, priority and assignee change
right from any list.
Nothing gets lost
Tickets are never removed, only moved to Deleted, where they can be revived. Projects and groups are archived, users are deactivated, and every change is in the ticket's history.
Self-hosted, on your terms
One instance for your team, on your own server. Login with roles and per-project access is built in. LeanTrack makes no requests to outside servers — your tickets never leave your infrastructure.
